In the event you have ordered incorrectly or received the incorrect merchandise, simply call our office at 1-866-526-8956 and obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number to return the merchandise you cannot use. An RGA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date for non-defective products. Thereafter, all sales are final. Material returned without an RGA Number may be refused and/or charged a 35% unauthorized return restocking fee. Returns with an RGA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be received in resalable condition for credit to be issued. No credit will be granted for broken, used or opened merchandise. If an order is shipped which has not been canceled in the same manner the order was placed (i.e., verbal cancellation for a verbal order or canceled online for an internet placed order) and the order is refused or returned without prior authorization a 35% restock fee will apply. Shipping/Handling and Freight charges will not be refunded. Special order products and/or products that are custom-manufactured cannot be returned for credit and/or a refund: this specifically applies to tritium exit signs, custom manufactured/painted/colored light bulbs and light fixtures. If an order is placed which totals more than $50.00(qualifying for free shipping) and later modified (i.e. some items returned) so that the net total of the final order falls below $50, shipping charges will apply.
Shipping and Delivery:
All items are shipped F.O.B. Shipping point. This means that the risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. In the event merchandise is lost or damaged in transit for which a tracking number has been provided, you will have to file a claim with the carrier. Claims for Lost or damaged merchandise must be received within 24 hours of receipt of said merchandise. Shipping and Processing charges are intended to cover costs associated with processing orders, handling, packaging and shipping products. In some cases amounts collected may exceed expenses. Shipping rates shown for express shipments are estimates, BulbTown reserves the right to recover actual cost of shipping.

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. All items are subject to prior sale. Processed orders are shipped according to the following schedule:
1). Express Orders - Time critical (overnight, 2 day).
2). Priority Orders - Not time critical but you want them shipped Priority when they do ship.
3). Fixed Rate Shipping Orders - Usually the least expensive option for large size, low value shipments.
4). Super Saver Shipping Orders - I'm in no hurry, send them when you can!
