All items sold on our website are sold as F.O.B. Shipping Point also known as F.O.B. origin, F.O.B. Shipping Point indicates that the title and responsibility of goods transfer from the seller to the buyer when the goods are placed on a delivery vehicle. To state it another way, when we deliver your order to the carrier/shipper (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and you have been provided with a tracking number our obligation as a seller has been fulfilled.

If we ship you something that is NOT what you ordered we will ship you the correct item at no additional charge to you.
If we ship your order to the wrong person, we will re-ship your order to you at no additional charge to you.

If we ship your order to the address you provide us and the order is returned as "undeliverable", we will NOT re-ship your order to another address free of charge. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order to the corrected address. If you order the wrong item and we ship you what you ordered, we will NOT ship a replacement product at no additional charge. You will be responsible for returning the item to us at your expense and the cost of return shipping along with the difference in the cost of the item(s) if any.



At Jackson Lighting & Electric Supply we offer a variety of shipping options and rates:

For all orders in the conterminous United States:

For online orders of one (1) item (qualifying items only, not all items qualify) we offer "I just need one" which is $3.25. If the item does not qualify, shipping will be $5.99
For orders of two or more items, but less than $50.00 total we offer "super saver shipping" which is $5.99.
For orders of $50 or more of qualifying items we offer "Free Ground Shipping).
For orders of $ 49.99 or less that ship third party UPS or FedEx, there will be a $5.99 handling charge.
For orders of $50 or more that ship third party UPS or FedEx, there will be no handling charge.


For all orders outside the conterminous United States but still within the United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico):

We offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express. We may ship to you using your FedEx or UPS account number.

For orders of $ 49.99 or less that ship third party UPS or FedEx, there will be a $5.99 handling charge.
For orders of $50 or more that ship third party UPS or FedEx, there will be no handling charge.


For all orders outside the United States:

We offer Priority Mail International or we can use your FedEx or UPS number to ship your order to you. If you do not have a FedEx or UPS account, we can only ship USPS Priority Mail International at this time.

For orders of $ 49.99 or less that ship third party UPS or FedEx, there will be a $5.99 handling charge.
For orders of $50 or more that ship third party UPS or FedEx, there will be no handling charge.


Fixed Price Shipping: This is a good choice for larger, heavier items of low value.

Super Saver Shipping:
This is a good choice when you are in no hurry for your merchandise and want to maximize your savings on shipping. Super Saver orders are shipped last and are shipped in the order they are received. Super Saver orders are only shipped complete (no partials), regardless of payment method or the dollar amount of the order. Partial shipments can be arranged, but an additional shipping charge will apply. Super Saver orders are shipped daily AFTER all Priority, Express and Fixed Price Shipping orders have been shipped. If you select the Super Saver Shipping option and a back-order exists we will ship your order complete when the back-ordered item(s) arrives at our warehouse. THIS MAY RESULT IN A DELAY OF SEVERAL DAYS, WEEKS OR MONTHS (in the case of specialty items or custom made light bulbs). We do not notify customers who select Super Saver Shipping of back-order situations since they have indicated by their choice of shipping method that they are in no hurry for their merchandise. If an item is discontinued and we will not be able to fill your order we will contact you and inform you of any possible substitutions or alternative products available if any. It is our goal to fill every order (regardless of size) in a timely fashion and provide every customer with a superior customer service experience. In pursuing this aim, we can only be guided by the signals our customer give us in the ordering process. A tracking number will be automatically sent to the email address on the order when the order is shipped REGARDLESS of the shipping method selected. Jackson Lighting & Electric Supply reserves the right to ship partial orders at our discretion.

For orders greater than $50.00 that qualify, we offer Free Ground Shipping.

1) Shipping is ground shipping at the lowest available rate.

2) Offer only includes shipping within the conterminous United States.
3) This offer does not apply to orders using any other discounts or coupons.
4). The net value of your order must be $50.00 USD, and can only contain those items which qualify for free shipping.

To paraphrase:

Some items do not "qualify" for free shipping even if you spend $50.00 or more.
You must spend $50.00 on items that "qualify" for free shipping in order to receive free ground shipping. If ANY item in your cart does not qualify for free shipping, you will be charged shipping even if the total of your order exceeds $50.00
