Returns & Refunds:

After 30 days all sales are final.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled anytime prior to the shipment of your order. Special "made to order" items like custom painted light bulbs or tritium exit signs once ordered are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been assigned to it, the order cannot be canceled.

Order Returns:

Any item/order may be returned within 30 days of purchase, so long as the item is in new, unused, unopened and in resaleable condition. Special order items such as "custom painted light bulbs" and tritium exit signs are non-returnable.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Returned merchandise which is in new, unused, unopened and in resaleable condition will be assessed a 15% restocking fee and we cannot refund the cost of shipping to or from the customer.

Order Return Process:

Call 1-800-413-9847 and ask for Melinda. Melinda will give you an RGA# which you will put on the outside of the box prior to returning it to us. Items/merchandise returned without an RGA may be refused. Merchandise returned without an RGA incur a 30% restocking fee.

Order Refunds:

Once we receive your return, the merchandise will be inspected and credit will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment source used to place the order, i.e., if you paid with PayPal the credit will be posted to PayPal, if you paid with a debit or credit card the refund will be credited to the card account used to make the purchase. We cannot issue a credit/refund to a card that is different than the one used in placing the order.
